****!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with in my life, and by far. Terrible service, incompetence, staff have 0 training in how to deal with customers. And worse of all, product comes faulty and they refuse to pay for repairs.

So basically we were stupid enough to decide to buy a new cake display fridge from this company even after we read the horrific reviews. Reason being it was an urgent buy and there was no fridges in the market due to supply issues from covid lockdowns. After a shocking interaction with staff (them not knowing anything about the product, being lethargic in getting back to us, treating us like they are doing a favor for us, telling us to go and buy the fridge from somewhere else whenever we inquired about the horrible reviews they had and that we needed some reassurance so we can pay before seeing the product), we finally bought the fridge after a whole 3 weeks of back and forth (whereas the thing only needed 2 days if they were professional)

Fridge arrives to cape town few days later. We install it in the market, put our chocolates and cakes in it. 2 days later I receive a call from the market informing me that the fridge was smoking up. Turns out that the transformer of this supposedly new product was an old rusted piece that was faulty and could have caused a fire in the market had it not been for luck.

Called the company, informed them about the shocking state of the transformer (sent them pictures), they took some details from us and agreed to refund the new transformer as well as labor to install the new transformer (whereas had it been a professional company they should have sent us a new fridge). This was a month ago. Today 25/01/2021 still havent received anything from them. They started by saying excuses (first that "it was on the list" then few days later that "they will send me the proof of payment soon", then few days later that "the boss is out of town") in an attempt to get away with it. Now they are no longer responding to me...

I recently read that they were brought to high court in Cape Town for ********** behavior...
