Extremely poor customer service

Beware if this company. We recently purchased a B10 Mixer from the company. They failed to supply us with the dough hook. It was supposed to come with a beater and dough hook as per the description on the company's website . When we approached the company, the company director zaheer got extremely defensive and vulgar towards me and my wife. He even threatened to assault me.
