Empty promises

When its time to take your money, Sunrose is first in line. They tell you everything you want to hear when you are ordering. When its time to receive your goods, it comes broken & never on time. They promise to send you tracking number for the courier & never do. They promise that goods will leave a certain day & never do. Really poor service.
