Do not support this business

The sales reps gives you insufficient information when you have quiries on a product that you want to purchase online. When you want to return the item because it does not suit your needs (which I would have known if the sales rep gave me all the proper information that I asked for), they refuse to give you a refund because the purchase was online. Their terms of use does not specify that online purchases can not be refunded. And it was a struggle to get a contact nr to use for follow ups after the purchase was made. I would really not recommend this company
