Charlestons in our midst

Lets start with the fact that they advertise on ad websites as if they were based in CT but in truth are in Durban! Next 30sec after placing an order only to realize we could in fact not collect they refused to refund - move past that and arrange for courier making it very clear that there would be a 99% probability it would arrive damaged it did in fact arrive so and so began the fight for a refund. I have even bounced this back to Payfast as their merchant who are looking into this. Sunrose have **** not only to us but have told Payfast they sent us a new unit - we have received nothing! They told Payfast they have been in touch with us - we have heard nothing. They know nothing about customer service and bring a bad name to online business. They are dishonest and are downright *******. At present they have our money and product. It is a disgrace that any merchant would allow them to use their platform. Shame on the owner Mohamed Zaheer A****aker and his henchperson Cresney Achary. I hope they use the money they stole from us to go on a customer experience course! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
