Bandsaw Blades

I ordered two bandsaw blades on 10 of August and made payment on 11 August 2017. I phones Zaheer to find out when I may expect the delivery of the blades. Ever since I phoned them and know body could help me. I sent an SMS message to Zaheer which rep**** on 21 August that the delivery will go out the next day. Needless to say I am still waiting. I again sent an SMS on 30 August still with know reply.
