Bad Workmanship

Never have i received such bad service from a company. As an SPCA we struggle for funds and paid for a brand new freezer in good faith that we would receive good service. After visiting the company and seeing the quality of their products we were happy to use Sunrose Online. Big mistake!!!! The freezer has been installed and has dents and holes. The sealing is shocking and as a result we cannot use the freezer as it will leak.I will never recommend this company and are in the process of taking this matter further. We have demanded a refund and for the fridge to be removed. The company is refusing so we are busy with a legal representative of the Consumer forum.
