Bad service, liers and *******

I have bought i frezzer in February. After 60 days we drove down to Durban to go and look what is happening, the fridge were damaged!!! When i asked for a refund they told me to wait for 30 days. I have waited now 50 day and nothing. They do not respond to whatsapps or emails
