Bad Service ice cream machine under guarentee Sunrose online

After services product still under guarantee I bought a ice-cream machine . From day 1 I have problems. Phone them 100 of times. I must bring the machine to them. They delivered the machine through Courier Guy. First one broken. Send back. Second one put in shop after 1 day my problems started, Phone them send video's . They don't phone me back. Then I phone again. Technician will phone me back never he phoned. Now 2 weeks later still the same answer send back. I must paid the Courier fees back and forward. If the machine broke during transit who's going to paid for the machine? They wont give me an answer . I did buy a lot of catering stuff from them. I really like people to know what's going on. That's my only income. The owner do not contact me at all. I did leave message everyday
