BAD SERVICE FULL OF DECEITS AND LIES. DONT PATRONISE!!!

I placed an order for a mobile food trailer and catering equipments with Sunrose for R52496. It took them over three months to finally get this delivered to me from Durban after I complained severally.

The delivery came with a delivery checklist which I really thank God I checked one by one only to discover that the chips fryer I paid R2100 for was listed but was never delivered.

I called, sent whatsapp messages, emailed them (I have proved of all these) and its been almost a month they promised to refund me but nothing has been done.

I have informed them that I am getting my lawyers involved and God bless them I take this matter forward, they will pay damages for, delaying my business and making my business lose money.

They received and read my messages but ignored them.

Sunrose is a company that lies and deceive its customers just to get money out of them and has zero customer service.

If a higher percenof your customers are complaining about the same thing (**** pathetic service) and you have failes to addresss it then it means you have failed.
