Bad customer service

Bought a sliding fridge from Sunrose, and it got transported from them to the Cape, when received on arrival the fridge was damaged on one side, fridge was transported back to Durban and I have been speaking to Sunrose regarding the fridge and told them that they have to replace the fridge or give me my money back, every time I phone the person I need to speak to is not available, they always have excussions, I am tired of asking them for a response and phoning as they do not get back to me with answers this is really bad customer service. The fridge was purchased on the 7th of February 2023. It took about a week for the fridge to arrive in Cape Town and to date no response from Sunrose.
