We placed an order for 1 x 24V Lithium Ion battery on the 17th May. To date, we have received no battery! It turns out that they happily took our money knowingly that they had no stock of said battery! We have requested several times for a refund but all of or calls and Whatsapp messages get ignored! I see that there are alot of other people that they have done this too and I would like to take them to the cleaners! SO FRUSTRATED!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL BE SORRY!
