Sunrise Lights @Reds Mall rips people off

Warning don’t support this shop .They make verbal promises and don’t Honour warranty’s .On 27/12/2022 I bought a Gell battery and Inkwenkwezi 12 volt inverter rated @ 800 watt.I went back 3 times confirming it’s connected correctly.I even have Cctv camera filming the unit.Last 3 days every time we get loading shedding it’s shuts down and showed a fault.When I told the supplier of the issue suddenly there is no warranty.So be warned unit is under specked and no warranty.it only works perfectly on a quarter of the rated load.Please share .I think South Africans are tied of being **********.
