Shockingly poor service

I have received the worst after sales service I have ever received, on a solar system installed recently. Although I have received the COC confirming the workmanship is in line with regulations, we are finding that there are holes drilled in the roof, which are not sealed, seemingly loose wires on the roof shorting the solar panels, any attempt to clean the solar panels trips the mains, also seems that all panels are not generating energy. Reporting this to the various contacts provided shows no results, with empty promises and no action. Brendon ***
