Not keen on new business

I requested a quote from them on Blinds and attached my window schedule. Had to follow up more than a week later as I have not received any response. Lady (Getrude) advised me that she receive a number of queries and could not find mine. Forward it again and informed her that the window schedule with measurements was attached. She informed me she cannot work on square metres and I advised that the window schedule have proper measurements. Advised me that she believe it is better if I go somewhere else. If it is this difficult to only obtain a quote, how will installation and after service be dealt with
