Pathetic

Horrible. I have lodged a complaint online to Sunpharma regarding a broken seal and possibly used item sold to me. I had not got an acknowledgement email and so I called yesterday and was promised to be called back yesterday to which I was not. I called in now and spoke to a gentleman who did not even seemed the least bit interested, actually sounds forced to work there and as if I am doing them a favour. My query is still not resolved.
