Sunny Side Biltong Gift Pack *******

I ordered a R400 Biltong gift pack, which I was assured by the young lady who took my order would be very nice. I received a small basket which weighed only 760gram that that included the basket and packaging, more brown paper than biltong. When I telephoned Sunnyside I spoke to Hennie to express by dissatisfaction. He immediately **** to me stating that the basket and packaging cost R100! Absolutely nonsense! The basket would only cost between R10 & R15! To pay R400 and receive a measly 760gm of biltong and dried sausage is a complete *******. Hennie was very curt with no interest in customer service. I definitely do not recommend buying a gift pack from Sunny Side Biltong Greenvalley Greenstone!
