Poor service

<p>In 2012, I spend a huge amount on replacing their old patio shade. Now the rope broke. Since August 2016, I'm trying to fix this. 10 phone calls later, a quote was signed only in October. And I'm still waiting on my sunny patio, as I cannot close the awning.</p> <p>Phone calls are not returned. Always too busy on bigger projects, seems old clients aren't important enough.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
