Refund process is ****

The only reason why this ****ers got a star is because I couldn't write my review without it. I booked with them before lockdown then lockdown happened which I understand no one had control over the situation, however that doesn't mean that they can't refund my money. I've been emailing them since February and no one bothered responding. I just think that's ****ing unprofessional. I even call then the guy on the other side of the line keeps on making excuses. If I have any advise to anyone thinking of booking with them *** just don't. If this ****ers don't give me my money back I'll have to take further steps.
