Good day,

I would like to formally lay a complaint for being falsely accused for urinating at the sunny park mall yesterday and to a point were the security guard refused me to leave the premises and the acting manager of the day was called to assist and on my surprise he detained for serval hours and even confiscated my phone with my permission and as a result my phone screen phone is cracked. Above I have attached a video detailing the scene and the parking tickets showing my arrival time leading to the time I was discharged. I have never been so humiliated in life and the presence of my wife, I would like to seen the matter taken with serious action and investigation to be conducted to prove the allegations set upon me and my ******** arrest.
