Tried to sell me a written off car!

After investigating the vin number and speaking to the first/only owner listed, she advised that she has never sold the car because it was written off in a head on collision! At no point did the owner or his brother disclose this. I even requested a 101 and was assured that all vehicles are sent for a 101 before they are sold. Lies! and I have still not had a response!
