Gate repairs not done

I have 2 gate motors. The one motors battery wasn't working. Called in Sunny gate motors. They told me there was a short and fixed this. I then asked for remotes to be re-set to both motors ( Both motors are working now). Stephan goes to the other gate and says it has been wired incorrectly. He takes the PC board out and cant get the motor to run anymore. He takes the PC board and the battery and says he will be back the same day or the next. He doesn't come back ( or phone) on the 30 July. We wait the 31st with no phone call. On the 1st August I phoned him and he said he was waiting for the PC board - 3 August it would be there. No new again - so I phone on the 4 August. He claims that he is on his way to pick it up and he will install on 5 August. On the 5th of August, I phone yet again and he says he will come that day. He did not arrive again. I asked for him to give me the parts back so I could find someone else- 3 sms's and 3 phone calls. He refuses now to answer the phone. I now have had to buy a whole new motor this morning.<br> Please don's use this company! They have broken the motor, taken parts away, don't have any communication skillls and don't return item
