Staff are pathetically rude. They conducted a test which was covered by my medical aid. But, because they didn't follow the proper procedure the medical aid has denied their claim. Now I am expected to pay for a test conducted 3 to 4 months ago. I was only contacted recently, by someone truly rude and unhelpful asking me to settle the bill and that I was emailed many times about said bill (which I never was) and that I'd be handed over for not paying. ********* and unprofessional!
