I always facing difficulties when I submitted my claims on my policy with sunlam gab cover
I always facing difficulties when I submitted my claims on my policy with sunlam gab cover.i submitted a claim for my shortfalls they paid short amount instead of paying all.i resubmit it again for review but 14 days is over now. Another one claim was a new claim its also reached the 14 days turn around time but there is no claim feed back.they acting like I owe them(sunlam)they do deduction from my account each and every month but if I have a shortfalls that need them to pay they just make claim process very frustrating the client.communication is very poor they keep me awaiting on the call so long checking the claim until Airtime is finish.i need SUNLUM GAB COVER FINALIZE MY BOTH CLAIMS IMMEDIATELY AS THE TURN AROUND TIME HAS BEEN OVER.i am not happy about the poor service they give me as a client.
