Not paying Sub contractors

These 2 guys Stephan and Crag have no knowledge of inverters and solar panels.They don't pay sub contractors .All their work was done by Lampat Electrical until they stole a guy from Lampat who is doing their work .Macdonald .who is not qualified. These guys made Rondebosch Primary pay a lot of money on batteries which were not high voltage.no engineering designs.They are not allowed by law to conduct any electrical work since they are not qualified or employed a accredited person.
