Extremely poor disgusting service

I had requested for service from this company in which was to decorate on an event that I had, the Managing Director Hlamalani Masungwini communicated with us and provided us with a quote of R R6800.00 for the below:

WIMBLEDON CHAIRS TABLES AND TABLE CLOTH OVERLY UNDER PLATE CUTLERY GLASSES STRETCH TENT CARPET FLOWERS IN VASES DELIVERY I was okay with that till the day of the event where the color of the decor was incorrect and the Tent was incomplete people sat in a place where there was no shade and hot when asked she said that we should blame the tent provider, I did not get it it was her Job to make sure everything is complete as it was part of what she quoted us for.I did express my dissatisfaction no feedback nor communication has been received. Extremely poor service indeed.
