WINDSCREEN BROKEN, BUT YOUR CAR IS READY SIR!

Wow- Reading Nic H's review was eye opening and I want to second on their responsiveness to queries and calls for assistance. I needed repair on a pair, after walking into a kitchen island with the sunglasses in my jacket pocket. The temple broke and the one lens was badly scratched and needed replacement, so I turned to them for help at the repair centre in August 2023. They quoted for repair, I paid, nothing happened, mailed them again, slow response and after numerous mails, I was informed that my temples arrived and I would receive my repaired pair shortly(6 months later) I have just received them, with the lenses not replaced. Upon calling them to find out what happened, they informed my that the quote did not include the replacement of the damaged lens(CLEARLY visible on the pics sent to them) The quote only included codes and no component description. It was for the price that I paid for the original pair. I was informed that the replacement lenses would be another R650, but what about fixing it in the first place. I have purchased many pairs of sunglasses from you over the years for myself and family. YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN
