Will take the glasses back but won't process a refund

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I bought a pair of sunglasses 8 January and returned it the next day. No refund processed on their side and the money cleared in my bank by the 11th. After a lot of phone calls and emails back and forth they agreed to go further with the refund. At the end of Feb the refund is still uncleared, so no sunglasses and no money back which I feel is *****ing... Just don't buy from them, their admin is non existent. Wish I saw the reviews first
