watch out for scratched sunglasses @ Sunglass Hut

I received a Birthday gift from a family member.I went to one of your outlets to exchange the glasses for a different design as the one i was given did not fit my face in the best of ways.My family member provided me with all the slips and warranty terms should i need to do so.I gave sales lady the gift still as presented to me in a gift bag from my Family member as my birthday gift.I started looking for a nice frame that suits me,The sales lady working there stoped me saying the glasses are scratched, that i brought back.I could not understand how this could be possible, seeing that i was given brand new sun glasses and has not been worn at all.The sales person who sold this glasses to my family member, stated that there was No default or scratch on the glasses.I had to phone my family member who bought me the present. <br> He said that he checked the sunglasses, but could have overlooked it! He was late for the surprise party the party started 19:00 sale was done 17:58. The staff then told me they cant do anything as the client singed for the glasses.After the whole incident i looked the glasses on display and to my surprise there where scratches on some of the sunglasses.
