Waste of time and terrible service

I visited the sunglasses hut counter at Edgar’s in the Glen shopping mall yesterday. I had visited there the previous day and liked a pair of sunglasses which were on sale and was told that they could not keep it as it was a sale item. I therefore went back the following day to purchase it and they told me that they were keeping it aside for another customer and therefore could not sell it to me. I was very disappointed at this due to the fact that I was told that it could not be kept for me and yet when I went back it was being kept for another customer which is not fair and very unprofessional. I then asked if they could check for me which other branches I could find it at and sandton city had one. I went all the way to Sandton today to get them and was told that it is not on sale in their store and they were unwilling to help with the situation. I am shocked at the unprofessional and disorganized nature of all of the staff who I dealt with and for having my time wasted not once but 3 times in the space of 3 days.
