Waiting a month for a refund!

I got a pair of sunglasses as a birthday gift and I went to exchange it because the frame was big for my face. I went to exchange it at Walmer Park Edgars. For the pair I wanted I would just have to add an outstanding amount of R400. The lady that assisted me was still new and somehow I don’t even know how she managed to do this... took off the entire amount of the glasses which is R1999! Her manager came to assist and said it would take 7 working days for the money to be refunded... that was on the 31 of October I’ve tried to phone a couple of times and they just never answer! Today is the 22 of Novermber and still nothing! I was told I still need to wait and that head office can not do anything about it!
