Waiting 20 days for a refund

I returned a pair of Raybans on the 9th of January. Filled in a form with my banking details because I was told that cash refunds are not made. Today is the 20 days later, thats 14 working days later and no refund have been received yet. I even emailed sunglasses hut head office regarding this issue 10 days ago and still have not received a response. Any response would be appreciated. <br> <br> Regards <br> Unhappy Customer
