Very unhappy with the service at sunglass hut kolonade mall

we were at sunglass hut kolonade this afternoon (Sunday 23rd Sept 2018 at around past 3) When we walked into the store,all the team members at the time were sitting by the POS area,when I greeted them,none of them greeted back,myself and my boyfriend then proceeded to the sunglasses by the wall area,he tried on a few of the sunglasses because he went to the store with the intend to buy,as he was trying the glasses on,one of them fell onto the the glass stand (not the floor)because he did not place it correctly,he then put it up properly,one of the team members (I didn’t get her name,but she was the only one with tinted brown and blond braids) came and stood next to us and tld us in a high and aggressive tone tht we wer scratching the lenses,my bf then asked y she ddnt come assist us,she then tld him tht she REFUSED to help us because we ddnt greet her (with the same tone and ths time waving her hands in the air like she was in sum kind of fight for sum reason) she then said tht we owed her an apology (for wat I dunno) I have worked in retail for years and I honestly dnt like complaints but the lady was reali disrespectful,unprofessional and rude,in my years of working in retail I learned tht a customer shud be acknowledged and assisted within the first few seconds of them entering a store,I’m very dissatisfied with the service at sunglass hut kolonade I hope ths matter will be dealt with according
