Unsatisfactory Service

I bought a Ray-Ban sunglass from Sunglass Hut in Atterbury Value Mart in Pretoria in December 2022, and a few weeks ago I realised that the outside glass is two-toned. The glass has two colors/ shades, with a greyish layer. This you can only see when you look at the lenses under the sun. Upon contacting Sunglass Hut, I was contacted by Penny Arendse who arranged for my sunglass to be collected, and it was collected the day after. The sunglass was later returned and I am told that they assessed them and cannot see the problem I have reported. I have been wearing sunglasses for as long as I can remember, and I wonder why Penny and her colleagues think I can raise an issue that does not exist. I have paid a lot of money for that sunglass, and for sunglass hut to treat me the way they are is completely unacceptable.
