Unprofessional service

I am so ****ed off 😡 that Shiyaam the consultant at Sunglass hut Blue Route mall Tokai did not inform me of the renovations that was taking place at the store. I booked my appointment for today at 12pm for my eye test at Specsavers on the ground floor on the mall. Shiyaam didn't even have the decency to phone me at inform me about the renovations taking place. I could have made arrangements to have it picked up a few days later. My initial idea was to pick up the pair of Ray bans on the day of my appointment at drop it off at Specsavers and proceed with the manufacture of my lenses to save on traveling costs. Furthermore, I log a complaint with Shayima, who gave me attitude, from the Sunglass hut head office, after I was done with my complaint I requested for a telephone reference number which she heard me asked for and then just dropped the phone in my ear. This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional. I wasted alot of money on travel cost and time which Sunglass hut will never be able to repay back. I will not recommend any of my family, friends or colleagues to go there.
