Totally disinterested and unhelpfull

I called the customer care line to ascertain where I could purchase a model of Persol sunglasses. I was told they were available at the Rosebank and Sandton City escalator store, went to Sandton City and went into the store near Checkers Hyper and enquired where that particular store was, not very helpful, I then asked if they had that pair of Persol sunglases and if not to call the other stores in Sandton City. My simple request had to be repeated a number of times, sunglasses were not available, I then asked them to call Rosebank, which was done with great reluctance, also no stock. I called Rosebank myself on Sunday morning and they had 1 pair which I went and bought. Kiran at Rosebank told me he NEVER received any enquiry from Sandton. The ladies at Sandton City were TOTALLY disinterested in trying to source the sunglasses that I wanted, which is what I assume they are employed to do. With that attitude, they should not be in sales.
