Thanks for the amazing service!

I bought a pair of Bvlgari sunglasses from Sunglass Hut in October 2014. A few weeks ago, an accident happened that resulted in me breaking my sunglasses. I was devastated as they were expensive even at the special price that I bought them for. I phoned the call centre and was informed that the repairs would cost R1100. I went to the branch and asked for their advice. I was offered R750 (50% of the purchase price of the first pair) discount off a brand new pair as part of their breakage guarantee. As a result I only had to pay R785 in stead of R1100 and I get a brand new pair of sunglasses! This place isamazing. I dont know why people buy sunglasses anywhere else. I also received fantastic service from the staff members on duty (the gentleman as well as the young lady) who helped me to pick out my perfect pair. I was there on the 8th of December around 16h30. They also gave me great advice about the different lenses and frames, which shows that they know their products well. Thank you Sunglass Hut!!
