Terrible customer service.

Worst service! The lenses on the purchased sunglasses started bubbling and through back and forth were finally replaced at no cost. Not even 2 years later and the bubbling is grossly apparent. It is weeks since I logged the request and the sunglasses are still awaiting to be collected... and THIS IS before the protests .. so same cannot be used as an excuse.
