Terrible Customer care

Customer care is ********** , called and emailed multiple times to their Product department then was advised that I'd hear back from them in the next 20hours (working days) hours. To only hear back from them 72 hours (Working days) I have already invested my money in another second choice pair of glasses because they never managed to get hold of me. Really wanted specific glasses for my birthday that they apparently could've gotten me but 3 weeks late with a poor email was just poor business and care for a customer . Please up your team cause its quite annoying
