Sunglass Hut, shameful, non existent customer service.

After placing a negative review due to the fact that Sunglass Hut Customer Services is non existent, my glasses were finally collected by a courier company. To date, despite emails sent, I have had NO feedback or response from Sunglass Hut. I have no idea where my glasses are or at what stage the 'warranty inspection' is. So disappointing, I've been a customer for many, many years. I'm R3000 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Not even the courtesy of an email.
