SUNGLASS HUT REPAIRS - SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I sent an email to the Sunglass Hut Repair Team with a query regarding a repair, very impressed, I received a prompt reply with instructions as to how to go about submitting my glasses for repair. I filled in all necessary documents and took the photos required, I then sent same through, thinking the next obvious step is that I would receive an email informing me as to when my glasses will be collected so that I could be quoted for the necessary repairs. 5 days later, no response, so I sent a follow up email... Only to receive NO RESPONSE. Absolutely shocking customer service. I wanted my sunglasses fixed before I leave in December, however, there is now NO CHANCE of this happening. After being an loyal customer for years, I will be sure that they no longer receive business from me or my family.
