Sunglass Hut Poor Service

I bought myself and my wife a pair of sunglasses from Paarl Mall branch. I tried returning the my pair due to it not being secure on my head. I have been waiting 5 days for an answer from Sunglass Hut because they are waiting for head office to approve. Why does this process take so long?
