Sunglass Hut and Prada Sunglasses

I bought an (in my opinion) expensive pair of Prada sunglasses and within the warrantee period the rubber on the temples started to perish. I took the sunglasses back in early December(10th I think) and was told it would take 6 weeks to repair. Really! How long does it take to fly in a spare from Italy or China or wherever? It is now mid Feb and still no sunglasses as I just found out the person at Sunglass Hut Somerset Mall sent the glasses in as a repair and not a warrantee! Why, if the glasses are under warrantee would I be prepared to pay for the repair, makes no sense! To make matters worse, the phone at the store has been broken for weeks, they are not able to receive calls, so I am left in the dark as to progress on the repairs. I have just been told the glasses will take another 5 working days to repair, let's see what happens next Friday!!!
