Sunglass Hut and Luxottica ZA are a joke

Being in ZA, the service bar can be set quite low at times, but the responsiveness of the people I've been dealing with at Sunglass Hut and Luxottica ZA seems vacant and their demeanor is apathetic and grossly uninterested. The amount of emails I've sent, just to ask for confirmation of my responses is now bordering on hilarious. I paid for my replacement lenses almost a month ago and today I got a second mail in response I had to nag for that I hadn't sent my proof of payment, despite having done so on multiple occasions. Maybe they have an excuse, but judging by this complaint string, this is a frequent occurrence. All I want are my lenses so I can move on. It's not a big ask.
