Sun Glasses Hut Refund ****

Went to the store did a purchase on the 20th Dec 2015, returned the item on 21st Dec 2015, was advised that refund will take 7 working days and will reflect in my account on the 30th Dec 2015. To date no refund i have been put on a rat race. I want my money with interest . I called The Glen branch and was told it will be done immediately on the 14th Jan 2016. Still no refund done. R3850 is alot of money and i want my money , you have your item.
