Sold me dented glasses and now refuses to take them back

I purchased Edgars sunglasses from the ballito branch and when the glasses were given to me without them being checked. I took them trustingly as the consultant was in a rush and upon doing so when i returned the glasses later on i wss told they can not accept them because they had a dent, a dent the glasses were purchased with. I want them to take these glasses back
