Slow or no response Regarding Service Record #246,473

<p>I have accepted a quote for repairs to one of my sunglasses(and pay for it as it is required). It has been almost a week now and no one has come to collect my glasses. The courier company that was supposed to pick it up(Dawn Wing) was supposed to be here on Monday already. It is now Thursday and the courier after numerous follow ups by myself only got here now.</p> <p> </p> <p>I find it alarming that I the customer needs to follow up the whole time to get the courier that Sunglass Hut is using. On top of this NO ONE from sunglass hut is replying to emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>Apparently it is Assigned To Sisa Vuntu who is ignoring all my correspondence </p>
