SERVICE SATISFACTION

When I experienced a problem with my Oakley sunglasses, the whole matter was handled speedily and efficiently by the Repairs Centre in Cape Town. My pair of sunglasses was collected by their couriers at my home in Mossel Bay on Wednesday and on Friday morning I received an email confirming that my complaint was valid and resolved.<br> <br> When I really needed service they went out of their way to help and here I have to mention Sisa at Sunglass Hut Repair Centre in Cape Town as well as the two sales people at Sunglass Hut in the Garden Route Mall, George (sorry guys, I did not get your names!).<br> <br> Its wonderful to know that one can depend on people and companies like Sunglass Hut and Oakley. Well done and thank you!!
