*****s falling out not covered by warranty.

I bought these really nice and expensive Prada sunglasses, 10 days later the lens fell off because a tiny ***** came out of its socket. <br> <br> When I bought these glasses the lady told me any manufacturer default will be remedied under warranty, i.e. plastics, glasses, *****s coming lose and etc, she also explained that things like breaking the glasses, sitting on them, bending and etc is NOT covered under the warranty.<br> <br> So I got a quote from them this morning, and holy ****! They're charging me R700 because their Prada manufacturer couldn't tighten a *****, it's not that difficult, i can teach you how to ***** properly.<br> <br> It's not about the money, i'm complaining about false advertising of the warranty and poor quality or Prada.<br> <br> I am not sure which is more ridiculous, a celebrity brand like Prada having bad quality checks passed OR R700 for very tiny ***** OR the fact that they're sending me a quote for a warranty claim.
