Ray ban order and upfront payment

I paid upfront for my Ray ban sunglasses at Tyger Valley Mall and was told to wait 3 to 5 working days. After 4 follow up phone calls and visiting the Cape Airport branch I still haven't received any feedback 11 days later. Still waiting... Sunglass Hut ... If you can't live up to your promises, can I at least get my money back??
